Ever wondered how to make the perfect paella? Or been tempted to rustle up some tapas?

Ponder no more. Just book in to the demo and dine event at Glasgow’s Brasserie on George Square tomorrow evening.

Head Chef Jean-Paul Giraud will demonstrate how to make the perfect paella as well as a number of tasty tapas. Guests will have the opportunity to assist.

Post-demo, it’s time to sit back and enjoy the food along with a glass of wine.

The event begins at 6.30pm.
