As the name suggests, the kitchen covers as many culinary bases as possible. From Asian fusion and Italian to Chinese via Thai, Mexican, pizza and Indian dishes, the Hot Flame World Buffet leaves few stones untouched when it comes to global grub.
Perhaps unusually for a buffet style restaurant, HFWB offer sushi among some 30 starters and 25 main courses.
Live cook stations add a touch of visual flair.
