The Lake of Menteith Hotel has one of them and it’s the only hotel in the UK which is selling it by the dram to customers. The first dram costs £450, with subsequent drams costing £220.
][3]So, not one to be poured into your coffee but possibly a dram to consider if you have just reached a milestone birthday; become a parent and a hit a hole in one all on the same day.
If a £450 nip is out of the question then the hotel’s Waterfront Restaurant is pretty nifty and has 2 AA Rosettes.
The shoulder of Scottish lamb, slow-cooked with cumin, garlic, thyme and red wine, served with dauphinoise potatoes, is typical of the menu.
