][1]Paperino’s on Sauchiehall Street has become Papa Tony’s. While much may have changed along with the name, the menu’s heart remains in Italy.
Pizza and pasta take up a good chunk of the menu along with salads, bruschetta and the occasional American interloper such as the spicy chicken wings and the Cajun chicken and chips.
I like the look of the lamb ragu pappardelle in which the lamb is slow cooked and topped with rosemary, mint and a Parmesan crumb.
