The 5pm blog has been well tickled by the story of the Finnish restaurant which has opened a temporary restaurant down a mine shaft.

The Muru pop down sits at a depth of 80 metres below the surface and serves a four course, 120 euro evening meal six nights a week. The price includes food, drink and, happily, transportation both up and down to the restaurant.

Apparently the Stone Age diet, where people eat pretty much what cavemen did, is popular in the Scandinavian countries. Eating the food is one thing. Eating in caves is another.
