The Borders town is hosting a food festival in its Eastgate Theatre.
As well as a producer’s market taking place all day, there will be the finals of the Scottish Borders Young Chef of the Year competition at noon.
From 2pm, Tony Borthwick of the Plumed Horse will be giving a cookery and butchery demo.
