A new liquid twist on Christmas Dinner from BoBar

The bar staff at BoBar in Glasgow’s West End have been busy in their cocktail lab.

They have come up with a Christmas Dinner cocktail made with Chopin potato vodka, red wine, cranberry juice, turkey stock and carrot and sage.

Apparently, it went on the list Friday before last and they have already sold some. Hmmm, beef bouillon and vodka make a decent Bull Shot but I’m not sure I can get my head around turkey stock in a cocktail.
