Just a quick link to the Talking of Food site where  The Guardian’s Matthew Fort interviews Jonathan Meades, the famous former Times restaurant reviewer.

The topics range from the Eighties restaurant scene in London to how Meades managed to keep writing his restaurant column for fifteen years without exploding from boredom. As, always, Meades is on fighting form.
