Good scoop from Cate Devine in today’s Herald in which she reveals that a branch of Chez Roux, the Roux family’s offshoot empire, will be providing the dining at Cromlix House, the Perthshire hotel recently purchased by Andy Murray.
Cate winkled the info from Michel Roux Jr who was at the ScotHot exhibition in Glasgow to speak to City of Glasgow College HND hospitality management students.
After refurbishment, the hotel is due to re-open next spring.
The Chez Roux Restaurant at Greywalls took the Best Hotel Restaurant Award at last year’s Scottish Restaurant Awards. Voting is now open for this year’s awards.
