Buongiorno on Pollockshaws Road in Glasgow, is a firm favourite of the South Side and they’re offering:

Edinburgh
Bread Street Brasserie have a couple of great offers on: 50% A La Carte discount and £9.95 for 2 courses on their lunch or pre theatre menu.
Blonde in St Leonards is highly rated by 5pmers and tomorrow they’ve got an £8.95 2 course lunch menu. Reviewer Moira Thomson said:
“Lovely unobtrusive service, fantastic food and amazing value for money, especially on the 5pm deal. We paid £50 for lunch for 3, including a bottle of wine and 3 coffees. The food was just lovely! Never been disappointed at Blonde.”
56 North has 2 courses for £10 when dining from their Dine for a Tenner menu featuring everything from fish and chips and burgers to halloumi salad.

Glasgow
Roastit Bubbly Jocks is a favourite of Glagsow’s West End and offers Scottish food at its best. They’ve got this great offer on this weekend: £12 per person for 2 courses on their Winter Market Menu including a complimentary glass of wine, soft drink or a tea or coffee.
In the city centre, Thairiffic has a lovely £15 2 course Spring offer, and again, is well rated by 5pmers – Louise Christie-Carmichael says:
“Fabulous food at a great price – you must try the coconut ice cream with fragrant rice as a dessert, it is to die for!”
Mediterraneo in Glasgow’s Merchant City is a great venue to watch the world go by and enjoy Italian food. They’ve got an offer this weekend for £12.95 per person for 2 courses on their Pre-Theatre Menu if you want to give it a try.

Edinburgh
If you fancy Italian, Amarone Edinburgh has an offer for £13.95 per person for 2 courses (starter and a pizza or pasta main course). Lucia Meencarelli reviews it saying:
“Very nice restaurant, great atmosphere and ambience. Quick service and big variety on the menu. Few vegetarian options available. My guests were very pleased. Highly recommended.”
For lunch, highly regarded Cafe St Honore has a £15.50 2 course Cafe Classic offer including tea/coffee. Hidden away in the New Town, this restaurant mixes French and Scottish tastes perfectly.
