Fancy dinner from some of the UK’s top chefs?
Chris and Jeff Galvin, the chefs behind The Pompadour by Galvin, as well as several Michelin-starred restaurants in London, will be in Edinburgh on Wednesday.
Flagship restaurant
They will be in town to celebrate the first birthday of The Pompadour by Galvin, their flagship restaurant in The Caledonian, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
The brothers will be hosting a book signing at Waterstone’s on George Street from 6-7pm on Wednesday 11th September (to which all are welcome), followed by a special dinner in The Pompadour with readings from their book A Cookbook de Luxe
Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase on the night at the reduced cost of £10 (RRP£25).
Champagne and canapés
The evening starts with champagne and canapés in the salon at 7 for 7.30pm and is followed by a five-course dinner in the restaurant.
Cost: £58 for champagne, canapés and five-course dinner. Five delicious sommelier-matched wines cost an additional £35.
