In Edinburgh, Exec Chef Craig Sandle is offering a limited number of diners the opportunity to get creative in The Pompadour’s kitchen at the start of service.
Every Thursday in November, Craig will be offering diners the experience of working in one of Scotland’s top kitchens in The Caledonian, one of Scotland’s best loved hotels.
Eat what you create
After a welcome drink and briefing in the Pomp’s salon, participating guests will be led to the kitchens where they will make their own first course under the direction of the award-winning chef.
The starters will be served to their creators in the restaurant, followed by two further courses and a dessert from the Pomp’s seasonal menu which will be served with matching wines, chosen by head sommelier Peter Adshead.
