Ever wondered what an Italian Christmas might taste like? This Saturday, Mattia Camorani, Head Chef of Cucina in Hotel Missoni Edinburgh will be demonstrating three, classic, festive, Italian dishes.

Taking place at the award-winning Edinburgh New Town Cookery School, on Saturday 30th November, Chef Mattia will be showing guests how to make:

Cappelletti in brodo di cappone – Cappelletti with capon stock, an Italian holiday tradition

Cotechino con lenticchie – Italian sausages with lentils

Sfomatino di panettone con frutta fresca – Italian panettone flan with fresh fruit

Refine your skills

The cooking class is the perfect way to refine your Italian cookery skills. The class begins at 9.45am and costs £170 per person, which includes morning tea and coffee, all ingredients, lunch and a glass of wine matched to the flavours of each dish.

The course finishes at 4pm and Italian Christmas dishes made on the day are packed up for you to enjoy later at home.
