As you may have noticed, here on the 5pm Food & Dining Blog we love a Christmas cocktail.

So when Chaophraya in Glasgow offered to create a festive tipple, the “Not So Hot Toddy”, just for us, we felt like all our Christmases had come at once.

With winter ingredients such as ginger, honey, lemon and whisky, the Not So Hot Toddy will be sure to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
