][1]La Bonne Auberge brasserie at Holiday Inn Glasgow has hit on an age old tactic to bring in more customers.
They have introduced a £15 cocktail and tasting platter offer which is proving popular with women out on the town.
Perhaps not surprisingly, this has had a knock-on effect.
Diana Espersen, restaurant manager, explains:
‘Not only is our cocktail and tasting platter offer already proving to be a popular hit with the girls out in the city centre to enjoy a night on the town – but given that the restaurant has been buzzing with girls, we’ve noticed a marked uptake in the number of bookings from groups of guys!’
In addition to a comprehensive cocktail list, the restaurant’s tasting platter features such delicacies as king prawn with sweet chilli sauce, chicken satay, fresh olives, ripe melon and prosciutto.
