The Granary in Leith is in the perfect location to enjoy the comings and goings of this trendy Edinburgh area.

Leith has been revitalised over the last 20 years, from Edinburgh’s primary shipping port to a hub of trendy bars and Michelin star chef restaurants.  Much of the shipping legacy remains and the area is still an active port.

Inside, The Granary has a cosy, Scottish traditional feel but large floor to ceiling windows let you enjoy the views of the docks very easily.

An al fresco dining space directly outside the Granary overlooking the docks is perfectly placed, if the sun allows.

The restaurant serves homely pub food with a Scottish twist. Beer battered haddock and chips,  steak and Shiehallion pie and traditional chicken Balmoral are typical comfort food options.

Once you’ve finished dining, The Granary is an ideal place to spend the rest of the evening with live music later on and a 2am licence – there’s no rush to move!

If you fancy giving it a go, The Granary has a number of offers on 5pm Dining including a 30% a la carte discount – view menus and more offers here.
