][1]The 5pm Dining blog is looking forward to the launch party of Hutchesons in Glasgow’s Merchant City this evening. The restaurant, bar and cafe open to the public on Thursday.
The massive refurbishment program is the brainchild of James Rusk, owner of the Butchershop Bar and Grill.
We ran an interview with James a few weeks back in which he told us about his plans for the iconic Hutchesons building.
