Welcome to the first of our weekly round ups of 5pm Dining’s Christmas offers. We’ve got 100s of festive dining offers available to book from late November and this week we’ve selected a few with a Mediterranean theme.

Enjoy – Glasgow’s West End

Out to Glasgow’s Great Western Road to Enjoy and this family run Mediterranean restaurant’s Christmas menu sounds absolutely delicious. You could start with the oak smoked scottish salmon carpaccio, roast chestnut & cauliflower puree with lemon dill croutons and then move on to the shin of beef crepinette with courgette pearls and potato fondant, carrot puree with thyme and mushroom reduction.

Andiamo – Milngavie

For an Italian Christmas experience , Andiamo in Milngavie has a festive menu with an Italian twist, the Pollo al Chianti is full on Winter flavours, strips of chicken breast cooked with grapes, cup mushrooms, tarragon and Chianti wine, served with Arborio rice or Conchiglie Ripiene, large pasta shells filled with ricotta, spinach and nutmeg, set on a béchamel sauce and oven baked.

Arta – Glasgow Merchant City

Sticking with the Mediterranean theme, you can enjoy Arta’s festive menu in the surroundings of a stunning opulent Mediterranean themed mansion and the menu is full of these flavours too. You could try the starter of smoked salmon with a rocket and olive salad and beetroot salsa or the main of basked manchego and red pepper quiche with sweet potato bravas.

Bisque Brasserie – Edinburgh South Side

This Mediterranean restaurant in the Brunstield Hotel offers a laid back Christmas dining experience. Our picks from Bisque’s festive menus would be the Venison & pheasant terrine, redcurrant dressing and salad garnish for starter and the roast butternut squash, tomato, mushroom, melted brie cheese, caponatta for main.
