Earlier in the year, we mentioned that The Vintage in Leith was about to change guise.
The owners are looking for a larger city centre location in which to run a new version of their charcuterie and craft beer bar.
The original Henderson Street site will relaunch as VDeep – a craft beer and curry bar.

Could the VDeep name be related to the fact that Hardeep Singh Kohli has announced that he is to open a restaurant in Leith…
Or is it because The Vintage management has very close links to Inn Deep bar in Glasgow?
Or is it a bit of both?
