Tom Kitchin is a clever cookie. In January 2007, he was awarded a Michelin star just six months after he launched The Kitchin restaurant in Leith. He was 29 at the time and the youngest Scottish proprietor to be given a star.

While Tom is well known for creating complex dishes using the finest Scottish produce, it is not all about high end luxury. He can also feed a lot of people for very little money.

In this video, he shows how to make the most amazing Christmas dinner ever for an astonishing £12.20.
