The new Loudons sister
site - reported as a seven figure investment - opened today at 7.30am.
Seating 137+ customers, the bright, airy space at New Waverley (main pic above by Stewart Attwood) has been carefully designed with the guest in mind.
Custom-designed oak tables and carefully selected Lammhults chairs should keep everyone comfortable.
On a more operational note, special consideration has been given to the placement of serving stations with the aim of streamlining the customer experience.
A large, open-plan kitchen will allow diners to see chefs crafting Loudons’ signature dishes.
These include its famed eggs Benny dishes, healthy power bowls or spiced vegan pancakes.
Eggs Benedict
With 14 different varieties of eggs Benedict to choose from, it is no wonder that the original Loudons, opened in 2011, has become such a popular breakfast and brunch spot.

Given the current popularity of restricted diets and the increase in the number of people with food allergies, Loudons is also well placed to cope with these growing markets.
Obviously, meat-eaters have plenty of variety to choose from but so too do vegans and those following a gluten or dairy-free diet.
Loudons prides itself in taking all dietary considerations in their stride. They are not an afterthought for Executive Chef Peter Christensen and his team.
Significant milestone
Speaking of the new opening, co-founder and director, Chris Loudon, said:

Interestingly, the new branch of Loudons is described as 'the first in a potential wave of growth for Loudons'.
Loudons New Waverley is officially open from Thursday 21st February. Its opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm and 8am to 5pm at weekends.
