From Sunday 14th April until the 31st of May, the gleaming, gilt-wheeled Champagne pop-up will park up at Blythswood Square hotel in Glasgow.

During that time, guests will be able to enjoy some Moët & Chandon bubbles with Blythswood Square’s Moët Rosé Afternoon Tea.

And if you don't fancy the full afternoon tea, you could order The Perfect Pairing: a glass of Moët Rosé Impérial served with a trio of strawberry delectables.

Every second of every day, someone somewhere in the world opens a bottle of Moët & Chandon so we reckon they know what they are up to when it comes to making mighty fine fizz.

The afternoon tea and Perfect Pairing will be served in The Salon, the elegant first floor bar that overlooks Blythswood Square.

Moët & Chandon have been making Champagne since 1743.

Bo & Birdy

We are keen to hear more about the soon-to-launch Bo & Birdy restaurant which is taking shape in the old ballroom which previously housed the hotel's restaurant.

It is described as 'a modern brasserie re-imagined through a traditional Scottish lens'. Apparently, the Bo & Birdy menu will 'specialise in farm to fabulous comfort food that is refined, relaxed and made from the larder of Scotland'.

5pm offers

Of course, 5pm Dining always has interesting offers with Blythswood Square. We like the pre-dinner date.

Weighing in at £20, the offer is for two people to each enjoy a cocktail and nibbles in The Salon.

We also like settling in for the film screenings in the Blythswood's own cinema.

This Sunday, they are showing Miss Congeniality followed by Bohemian Rhapsody.

There are limited tickets left for the Freddie biopic so get your skates on if you want your socks rocked off.
