If everything goes to plan, Vic's & The Vine should open its doors to the Prestwick public in May.

Currently undergoing a complete, seven figure transformation, the new venue will boast a stylish new look, including a hand-painted feature ceiling, authentic fireplace and a new glass roof in part of the bar.

The CGI pics show what the finished venture will look like. Main pic shows a view of Vic's bar.

Kenny Blair, Buzzworks Managing Director, said: 'The countdown to opening is well and truly on and we are excited to share these images to give our loyal customers a flavour of what to expect when Vic’s & The Vine opens its doors next month.

'Refurbishments are taking shape and the transformation has already been incredible. We’re certain that Vic’s & The Vine will appeal to all - whether its families, couples or groups of friends - providing one of the best day to night venues, not only in Ayrshire, but throughout Scotland.'

Venue of two halves

Marking a new chapter for the Ayrshire venue, Vic’s & The Vine will be a venue of two halves.

The Vine restaurant will have a relaxed family friendly atmosphere with 150 covers serving food from breakfast to late, seven days a week.

A spectacular BBQ pit will take centre stage with chefs drawing inspiration from the Portuguese and Brazilian churrasco method of cooking meat.

As well as the main dining area, there will be private dining facilities.

Visitors can also enjoy a leisurely coffee and freshly baked cake from the neighbouring Bakehouse throughout the day.

Modern take on traditional bar

The Vic’s bar will be a modern take on the traditional bar, featuring live sport and entertainment seven days a week, with screenings in 4K.

In an Ayrshire first, Vic’s will also be the first venue to serve fresh tank beer straight from the brewery. Three 500 litre chilled copper beer tanks situated above the bar should prove a talking point.

The venue’s renowned nightlife scene will also continue at Vic’s, with late-night DJ’s filling the dance floor until 2.30am each weekend as part of the bar’s new and varied entertainment programme.

Live music will also be on order throughout the week, with Vic’s set to support both local acts and big name performers on their custom built stage area.

Buzzworks Holdings is one of Scotland’s fastest growing independent restaurant and bar operators, managing eleven venues across Ayrshire and beyond.

Live entertainment will be a regular draw in the bar.
