Fastcompany.com have continued their ‘The Most Creative People In…’ series (previous installments include architecture, marketing and advertising and business) with an edition on food.

The list covers such foodie moguls as Floyd Zaiger, who developed ‘some 200 new and improved fruits’, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a super-succesful celebrity chef whose global empire, at last count, took in 19 restaurants.
