Young Turks in town

Manning the chargrill

It’s a big ‘Merhaba!’ or ‘Hello!’ from 5pm to the Anatolia Grill, a new Turkish charcoal grill restaurant which has opened on St Vincent Street in Glasgow and joined 5pm.

Cold and hot mezze, Turkish pizzas and an extensive range of chargrilled meat and seafood take pride of place on the menu.

Among the more unusual offerings are the quails, the grilled lambs liver and, this sounds a challenge, the one metre long Adana kebab which features spiced, minced lamb and pine nuts.

You can see their 5pm entry here. A two course £9.95 pre-theatre menu is among the offers they have available.
