Interesting report in The Scotsman which suggests that Jamie Oliver might be considering opening a branch of his Jamie’s Italian chain in the Assembly Rooms on Edinburgh’s George Street.
The Gaucho steakhouse chain and Caprice holdings, parent company of The Ivy, have also been linked to the premises.
