Burgers at the 'Bird

[][1]
You can now get Ketchup burgers at The 'Bird

Changes are afoot at The Hummingbird on Glasgow’s Bath Street. They must have heeded the old avian advice about the early bird getting the worm as they are now opening from noon every day of the week except Sundays, when they will open at 5pm.

Secondly, they have imported some ideas from Ketchup, the ‘Bird’s sister restaurants in Ashton Lane and the Southside.

From today, you can tuck into a range of Ketchup gourmet burgers at Hummingbird. Choices include the 100% Scottish beef burger, chicken breast, lamb, ostrich, bean and even a fish burger for good measure. They are all fresh and contain no colourants, additives or artificial flavourings.

Whether you want to avoid the carbs or double up, the staff will make sure you get it just the way you like it.

I still can’t get over the fact that the place is so big that it has a wall of webcams as you enter to help punters find their way around the myriad different areas.
