Just in case you missed it, The Herald ran a story on Saturday about a new Indian cook school which is being developed by Sanjay Majhu and his wife, Jiginder.

The owner of the Ashoka restaurants intends to name the school the Ashoka Cook School and hopes to have it open in September.
