The Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight gets underway from tomorrow.

Some 130 different events all aim to fly the flag for Scottish farmers; the food they produce and the people who prepare it for our tables.

We will flag up events as they occur but, this weekend, the Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival at Loch Lomond Shores; a local produce tasting menu at Blackaddie House Hotel in Dumfriesshire; Scotland’s Countryside Festival at Glamis Castle and the Huntly Hairst Festival of Food and Farming are among the celebrations taking place under the umbrella of the Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight.
