Back in August, we mentioned rumours that Chaophraya Thai restaurant may be about to open in Edinburgh.

According to this report in Caterer, the new branch will open next month. This isn’t 100% confirmed but it seems very likely that the new venue will occupy the space which formerly housed Tony Singh’s Oloroso.
