Gardener's Cottage wins Good Food Guide gong

Congratulations to The Gardener’s Cottage in Edinburgh which has just been voted the The Good Food Guide Readers’ Restaurant of the Year for Scotland.

Dale Mailley and Edward Murray, from The Gardener’s Cottage, were thrilled to win the award, commenting: ‘We are absolutely delighted to have won The Good Food Guide Readers’ Restaurant of the Year 2014 for Scotland.  It is an honour to be recognised by such a prestigious guide and wonderful to know that our customers enjoy our food and service as much as we enjoy providing it.’

Neighbourhood gem

The Gardener’s Cottage is one of ten regional winners from around the UK, one of whom will go on to be named as the overall The Good Food Guide Readers’ Restaurant of the Year 2014.  The winner of this award will be announced at a ceremony in central London on 19th June 2013.

Scottish Restaurant Awards

The Gardener’s Cottage is also one of three finalists in the Urban category of the Scottish Restaurant Awards. They are fighting it out with Timberyard and Pompadour by Galvin. The winner will be announced at very glam awards ceremony taking place at Ghillie Dhu on Tuesday 4th June
