La Bonne Auberge brasserie at Holiday Inn Glasgow has introduced a fresh platter option for those looking for a lighter meal.
Featuring king prawn with sweet chilli sauce, haggis bon bon, fresh olives, ripe melon and prosciutto, a mini croque monsieur, espresso of soup, mixed seasonal salad and a chocolate profiterole, the new tasting platter is available for £13.50.
Pre or post show platter
Alan Taylor, general manager, explained: ‘Our tasting platter has been designed specifically to appeal to diners favouring a selection of smaller-sized dishes rather than a traditional two or three course meal. As such, it proves particularly popular with diners seeking a lighter meal before or after catching a show at a nearby theatre or a film at the CineWorld cinema opposite.’
