His Glasgow restaurant opened several years ago with a splash and since then it has gained a stellar reputation for its quality food and luxurious surroundings.

The interior of the restaurant reflects all the glamour you would associate with the celebrity chef, with velvet seating, crystal beaded curtains and moody black and white photographs of the man himself adorning the walls.
