Last week, the 5pm Restaurant blog mentioned that Iron Maiden were producing their own beer called The Trooper.
We knew that there would be great headlines to be found using Maiden song titles but the best we came up with was the rather lame ‘Run to the Pumps’.
Thanks to the contributors at Popbitch, we know realise that there was much more fun to be had with beer/Maiden puns.
Obviously, we should have gone for ‘Run to the Pils’ and, of course, we chuckled over ‘666 The Number of the Yeast’.
However, there could only be one winner and that is ‘Bring your Daughter to the Porter’.
